You can see Detective Mike Anderson’s name in the victims board and we have highlighted that part with a red arrow and yellow color(highlighter). This proves that Mike Anderson dies in episode 7.01 and we have to wait till September 30, 2012 to know how this happens. Your thoughts on this??

@Miller… Others do care
His character was pointless?? Have you been watching the episodes, Miller? I seriously doubt, because you would know that det. Anderson was replacing Deb. And i think he is perfect for this serie because a masculine figure was very needed.
Pointless is his death; I think Dexter should hunt the editor for this…

When you said major you had me worried…. oh well Mike A. dies, its not like we really care about him… he will most likely die in a shootout or something similar.

It can’t end so fast because a season has only 12 eisodes it should have 20 episodes like other series also there should be 13 seasons of Dexter. It’s a wonderfull series and it shoud not end so fast.
If you are happy that Dexter is ending soon, you obviously must not be, or have been a real Dexter fan. The idea of a “Serial Killer” killing a “Serial Killer”… what a perfect concept, answer and solution to a horrific reality. I am not for murder, it is such an unimaginable, incomparable crime, but the idea of a “Serial Killer killed by a Serial Killer” just screams justice in a demented logical way. I will miss the anticipation of a new episode and a majority of the characters, such a Debra with her foul mouth and so right on reactions to most everything, Masuka is beyond funny, he is so warped and yet very likeable, Angel is just so loveable, genuine and authentic in so many ways, Harry is just the perfect self conscious, inner self of Dexter and a very necessary character, Quinn is so friggin’ hot and so screwed up right now, from the Debra and Him thing, but I do hope he goes back to his original self soon, and then there’s Dexter who is so very interesting, he gets you to speculate, predict, and surmise. I so love when I am so far off, especially when he, in a very brief moment, shows there is so much more to him then a person that, per his experience and knowledge, performs and attempts feelings and emotions that are just displayed to mask his true self of having no “normal sane” feelings, emotions or response, but then in that split moment, he surprises himself with a sincere “normal response, feeling or emotion”. He is such a very convincingly, believable man when portraying a “Judicious, Analytic, Uncommon, Cloak and Dagger Serial Killer”, who has friends and family. Yes I will miss Dexter and I am sure I am not alone.
If you know Dexter from the books. You know that Deb knows just what Dexter is, and while angry at first. She does live with it and lets Dex to what he does best. Putting monsters in hell.
